Fail Proof Pancake Recipe!

Yes, we bring you another top recipe in the form a delicious mouth watering pancake recipe by none other than Ashlee Winstanley. These are suitable for the whole family, we guarantee your love them! These pancakes are the perfect start to your busy day, or equally place them in food container for the perfect snack or post workout meal.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

20g oat flour

1 scoop protein powder

2 tablespoons coco powder

1/2 banana

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Splash of almond milk

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a blender, Nutri bullet or use a hand blender (it should be quite thick but able to pour).

Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat Pour 1/4 of the batter in the pan and cook for 2 minutes until bubbles appear on the top

Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes Repeat with the rest of the batter until you have 4 pancakes

Top with your favourite things! Berries and nut butter is always a winner!

I always add choc shot on mine two (because who doesn’t love chocolate?)
