You may have seen endless amounts of cookies, pancakes and protein bakes across the internet already right? However you assume they are difficult to replicate, whilst taking an age to make? Well, we can assure you that this recipe is REALLY REALLY easy! Oh, we must add it takes just 15 minutes too.

 

Follow the simple steps below to create these high protein peanut butter cookies, enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

1 mashed banana 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

 

Method

Mix together all dry ingredients ( coconut sugar, protein powder, salt) in a large bowl

Then add, and carefully mix in the remaining ingredients ( peanut butter, mashed banana),  you can add a very small amount of water to make mix slightly more moist.

Form cookie balls on a baking tray and slightly pat down leaving them plump

Bake at 180 degrees for just 8 minutes

Remove, leave to cool and enjoy
