– Prepare you food , you will stay on track
– Drink plenty of water hydration is key
– Sleep !!! We need a minimum of 8 hours sleep for many many reasons being for weight loss if you don’t get enough sleep your body becomes stingy about losing fat instead you will lose muscle mass.
