Here at Prepped & Packed we are super passionate about helping you eat healthily on the go, which is why we have created the cleanest and leanest meals on the market, delivered freshly to your door, for FREE! We have set up two nationwide delivery days making sure you get your meal prep in it’s most nutritious state.

Please see a breakdown of when you can expect your fresh meal prep to arrive following your order, via our express DPD food safe service.

All deliveries are courtesy of DPD/Interlink. All parcels will be left in a safe place of choice, as a re-arranged delivery time isn’t possible when delivering perishable goods. A full email/SMS service is provided by our chosen transport company.All orders will come in a personalised box with a cooling insert in place to make sure your meal prep is kept at the perfect temperature throughout it’s journey.
