In French, pancake day is called ‘Mardi Gras’ which literally translates into ‘Fat Tuesday’… So get into that kitchen and get flippin’!

CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS


2 scoops whey protein

4 scoops blitzed porridge oats

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

2 eggs

Coconut oil for frying

Unsweetened almond milk

METHOD


 

Whisk the eggs and slowly add the dry ingredients, if you find the mixture too dry then add the almond milk bit by bit until it is to your preferred consistency

Heat some coconut oil in a pan over medium heat, add the pancake mix

When pancakes are a golden brown colour it is time to FLIP!

Repeat until you are full up!
