1. CLEAR THE CUPBOARDS OF ANY RUBBISH

It’s a common mistake that we see so many of you do, having your cupboards clear of temptations is a must when it comes to getting lean this summer. We advise having a mass clear out of anything that can take you away from that holiday body. Just remember it will be worth it when your sitting on that beach comfortable and proud.

  1. STAY HYDRATED

There is a lot to be said for hydration and by hydration we are talking water. It is absolutely vital that you stay hydrated everyday, not just now and again. It’s a fact a hydrated body burns more body fat than a dehydrated body. We advise drinking 2-3 litres of water per day, if you struggle with this add a couple f slices of fruit to simply add some zest to the water. It’s a real game changer.

3. PREP IN ADVANCE

You all already know how much we love food prep, it’s for the simple reason it works. It gets amazing results, changes your health, performance and state of mind. Simply cook up to three days in advance saving you bundles of time, money and poor decisions. If you aren’t food prepping already we suggest you begin directly after ready the last three tips of getting lean this summer.

  1. TRAIN SMART

It’s all about training specific to your goals, not necessary what your friends are doing, or what may be latest fad. Make sure you are training effectively based around your goals. Your training has a massive impact and compliments your nutrition perfectly. Be sure to keep your training fresh and fun, we advise you to train 3-5 times per week specifically fitting every around your personal lifestyle allowing you tot sustain your plan long term.

  1. CARRY FOOD WITH NO MATTER WHERE YOU’RE GOING

If you haven’t got it with you, you can’t eat it! It’s fairly simple on reflection, when you have your healthy meal prep with you, you leave yourself the best possible chance to eat according to your goals. Most poor decisions are made when having little options. In al honesty when given a chance to eat away from your chosen meal plan is easy when faced with lines and lines of temptations.

6 WAKE UP AND WORK FOR IT
