STRAWBERRY & COCONUT BOMBS

INGREDIENTS


50g strawberry whey protein

40g grated or desiccated coconut

10g mixed seeds / omega sprinkle

15ml coconut butter (melted)

Ground cinnamon

METHOD


Combine your protein, grated coconut and seeds

Pour melted butter over the mixture and combine to form a doughy consistency

Shape the dough into balls

Sprinkle the cinnamon over a clean surface and roll the protein balls over it to generously coat them in cinnamon

Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes & enjoy!
