200ml coconut water
60g pomegranate seeds
1/2 a frozen banana (or use fresh plus 2 ice cubes) 1 ripe kiwi
for topping (optional):
2 tsps freeze-dried strawberries


Serves 1
Per serving: 210 calories

44g carbs
4g protein



Crumble the freeze-dried strawberries over the smoothie (optional). Serve with a spoon. Consume immediately.
